Sheryl Day

Founder & Chief Consultant

 

Master of Science Criminal Justice/Public Administration: Women's Enterprise Development Center Entrepreneur graduate. Offender Workforce Development Specialist, Ready, Set, Work Facilitator, Crisis Prevention Instructor, DWI Female Offender Facilitator, Moral Reconation Therapy-Veterans Trauma Facilitator, Moral Reconation-Domestic Violence, Interactive Journaling, Youth Career Academy, Veterans Peer to Peer Mentor, Female Offender Specialist.

Ms. Day has a Master of Science degree from Long Island University in Criminal Justice and Public Administration.  She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Pace University in Criminal Justice and Human Services. Ms. Day has over 20 years of experience as a Probation Officer, State Certified Instructor of both Crisis Prevention, and General Topics of Police and Corrections curriculums.  She is a requested instructor in law enforcement training academies for the State of New York and is a highly rated presenter at various national criminal justice conferences.  She is a published contributer in The Ren-entry Chronicles.  Ms. Day is a certified Offender Workforce Development Specialist.  Her specialization is in developing engaging programming for targeted populations such as female DWI offenders, Veterans and individuals delinquent in court ordered child support. She has garnered International and National research accreditation for her innovative programs as well as numerous awards for her ‘above and beyond’ approach to restorative programming.

Frank A. Murphy, Sr.

Legal Advocacy Consultant

Bachelor Degree in Psychology; Bachelor Degree in Sociology.

​

Mr. Murphy has 19 years of experience as a Paralegal/Legal Assistant at a renowned nationally recognized non-profit advocacy organization.  

 

Mr. Murphy specializes in assisting justice involved individuals in the following:  obtaining, reviewing, and correcting their official record from the Division of Criminal Justice; applying for Certificates of Relief/Good Conduct through the Department of Community Corrections; preparing parole packages for the incarcerated; and applying for temporary/permanent Felony conviction sealing.  Mr. Murphy conducts workshops to enhance self-advocacy and employer Q & A seminars.
