There are several intervention programs consistent with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques that have been approved and proven effective by the New York State Division of Criminal Justice which our team provides. These programs include the following: Ready, Set, Work; Moral Reconation Therapy in Domestic Violence, Anger Management and Veterans Trauma; Youth- READI; and Parenting Skills.

Ready, Set, Work
10 Modules
An intensive group-based program with an emphasis on individual development. RSW helps participants with proper application creation, interview skills, overcoming barriers, job search strategies, retention planning, and skill development. Consultants work with participants in developing job leads, identifying appropriate job matches, and helping to refine skills that the individual learns.
Moral Reconation Therapies-Domestic Violence

A group-based program. MRT is a systematic treatment strategy that seeks to decrease recidivism among juvenile and adult criminal offenders by increasing moral reasoning. Its cognitive-behavioral approach combines elements from a variety of psychological traditions to progressively address ego, social, moral, and positive behavioral growth. MRT takes the form of group and individual counseling using structured group exercises and prescribed homework assignments.
Moral Reconation Therapies- Veterans Trauma
8 Modules
An open ended group-based program for Veterans based on a systematic series entitled “Battling Shadows”. Teaches Veterans with trauma-induced PTSD through cognitive behavioral techniques to manage and deal with PTSD symptoms by learning present-focused coping strategies.
Moral Reconation Therapies- Anger Management
8 Modules
A group-based program designed to increase moral reasoning and the development of frustration tolerance. Helps individual to recognize, overcome, and control anger. Goal oriented therapeutic strategy that targets the emotional response to external factors that cause anger. Focuses on helping the client overcome emotional blocks. The goal of the therapy is to help the individual identify and overcome emotional stressors, especially stressors that cause hyperemotional reactions such as anger. This program is appropriate for both youth and adults.
Co-dependency
12 Modules
A group-based program. Treatment includes education and experiential therapy to allow participants to rediscover themselves and identify self-defeating behavior patterns. Treatment also focuses on helping participants to get in touch with feelings that have been buried during childhood with an emphasis upon reconstructing family dynamics.
DWI- FEMALE OFFENDER
24 Modules
A group-based program with an emphasis on individual achievement. This program is specifically designed for substance abusing females with significant trauma histories. Evidence based program built upon intrinsic goal achievement while skillfully incorporating targeted self-esteem and self-sufficiency interventions. International and national research accredited.
PARENTING SKILLS
12 Modules

A group-based program teaching basic parenting skills in a hands-on-learning format. Helps participants develop parenting skills and assess values related to parenting that emphasizes action in “real” situations. Suitable for any level of literacy.
